Chef’s Mark McCrowe & Roary McPherson cook up the Ribs and all the fixin’s and YOU’LL be the judge of the RIB WARS Cook- Off!
Musical entertainment will be a Tribute to Alan Jackson & George Strait, provided by Newfoundland’s Open Highway & Jim Rexford.
